Friday, 13 at Sibers didn't turn out a disaster. We decided not to anticipate any problems, and fortunately they didn't materialize. Instead, we held a team leaders meeting with invited "fresh minds" from one of the teams. We discussed the results of the team leader training and summarized its advantages in terms of the company. One of the issues was to make monthly results visible and tangible for all the team members, especially in cases with long-term projects. Fair appraisal is also very important here. Another important factor is how effectively we use our resources and the issue of their optimal use. In terms of team spirit we are going to encourage different team meetings of all particular teams.
