July Results

In spite of the holiday season, Sibers' productivity is still steadily growing due to the intensive work of all the staff including some of holiday makers who managed to support the team in solving some urgent tasks. The most active ones were given incentive wages for their hard work.

Sales and Marketing department is actively working with Elance, which resulted in an article, an interview with Yuriy Bannov, the company founder, published in the July edition of Elancer, which has already brought us more project offers. Customer care managers are closely communicating with all the clients due to the newcomers in the department and the successful end of Regina’s probation. In general, 5 members of the staff have successfully finished their probation, which is a certain achievement. HR department is actively working with the personnel. One of their greatest achievements is the grand celebration of Sibers’ 9 anniversary, which was prepared in cooperation with S&M department and some active colleagues. An important issue is thorough work on increasing our staff motivation, which can be supported by our grateful customers.
