May begins: holidays and work

Traditionally, May begins with national holidays, and our working load changes its terms a bit but doesn't become less. The managers have come up with good results, and many team members got their benefits for excellent and timely work.

The best performance has been registered with Desktop, ASP.net and PHP teams. As our Java team received a bit more free time, 4 members of the team were reorganized into a dedicated development center.  Also last week three of our developers were favoured with  a special bonus from a customer. It’s always pleasant for us that our clients appreciate our work at its true value.

 

Our directions of current work with teams include preparation of a special training for team leaders. We are also working on sticking to the plans worked out at the start of the project, so that the real plan would not differ much from the preliminary estimations. All these measures are supposed to improve the results and make our work more understandable for the customers.
