On Dedicated Projects
May 02, 2007One of the important directions in Sibers development is organizing offshore development centers, which are especially handy for large-scale projects or big clients.
Such a team is formed for specific purposes but uses the company’s infrastructure and the main services. This is done to obtain the most efficient results in achieving the customer’s goals. From the Sibers side, members of the team can be involved into a challenging big project, which creates additional motivation.
Now such an approach has been used with the one flash project, and we are planning to organize another team for the Java platform based project so that both developers and customers could benefit from the collaboration.
