Seminar QA: Using Bugzilla

We discussed the most important aspects of working with Bugzilla, which is a very effective open source solution we use in our work and offer to customers. Change Management helps to substantially improve the results, especially when both developers and the customer use the application properly. To simplify the process, we have compiled a tutorial which includes general information on Bugzilla, a summary for developers and concise information for Project Managers, Team Leaders and customers. Now our customers and Project Managers have strong support how to use Bugzilla and avoid any possible misunderstandings.
