Sibers in June: well done!

June turned successful enough in terms of production. A bit earlier we achieved a great result concerning our sales - total sales volume over 6 months has helped us to take the 1 place at Elance!

This impressive event shows our potential in competing with the Indians including an affiliate Elance structure Synapse. At the moment we have no idle production facilities. Nevertheless, further sales are being prepared and marketing instruments are improved. We are also busy with expanding our partnership network, which helps us to fully use all the abilities while selling our services and make the most of our staff.  Facing the season of vacations, we are organizing vacation schedule for vacations not to affect our steady work.

 

The issue is partly solved by employing novices. Our HR department works a lot to ensure their quick adaptation and put them in the picture. After 17 interviews we employed 2 applicants. HR department also has been monitoring labor-market and conducts analytical work on the terms of employment.

 

3 newbies from Desktop/ASP.net team and PHP Team have successfully finished their probation periods and for one of them this period finished even quicker due to his high achievements and the recommendation of the PHP team leader. All the novices have shown their worth and we are happy to see them in our team. One newbie’s period of probation was elongated. Regular assessments highlighted the results of our skilful colleagues, which, as a result, influenced their salary.

 

CTO department worked hard on preparing specifications; CC and Finance departments have again demonstrated steadily good results.
