Happy 17th birthday, Sibers!
Last weekend in July Sibers team spent away from the city, celebrating our 17th birthday.
As well as several previous years, we took the whole organization process into our very own hands to make the celebration as fun and heartwarming as we can. The chosen theme for the party made everything even better, because this time we’ve taken part in Forest Carnival!
This year celebration turned out to be truly massive — over a hundred sibersers gathered in the beautiful pine forest near Novosibirsk to spend an amazing weekend with dear colleagues.
Bright decorations and tons of fun competitions were waiting for the team. Walking on stilts, lassoing, clown face painting (some of those clowns turned out to be truly terrifying) or inventing new cocktails — no matter what the task was, every location was filled with laughter.
The celebration was truly massive and incredibly fun
Even traditional carnival snacks were not forgotten — fries, cotton candy and popcorn filled the air with yummy smell, creating festive atmosphere. When all the quests were successfully completed and a plenty of fries was eaten, the evening followed by everyone’s favorites — banana boating, laser tag and, of course, crazy dances!

But what we valued the most was cozy and domestic Sunday morning after a sleepless night of the celebration. Nursing coffee mugs in hands, Sibersers were lazily wandering around, laughing at new inside jokes. Such moments illustrate the best how true our motto is — “Work and Joy”. Because it’s a pure joy to work (and party!) with such an incredible team.
