Anya was the youngest employee of the company. When the company was only emerging on the offshore development market, she was just a 20 year-old girl. She is a brave, bright girl with excellent English and communication skills. On her first days of working for the company, she did not hesitate to become an "advocate" for the company’s clients protecting their interests and eliminating their uneasiness of conducting business with "those strange Russian developers", chatting with people far older than her about everything people tend to talk with partners from a strange land. When the number of Key-Soft Ltd. clients reached a mark when it became absolutely impossible to communicate with all of them personally, the company hired some other Customer Care Managers. Thus, Anya's experience, energy, knowledge, charm, easy-going character and hard work made her into the Customer Care Team Leader.
