Our Design Team plays the role of the major corporate show business activist in our company. Whenever our employees are celebrating any holiday or someone's birthday, our designers always bring in a touch of creativity and fun as part of this celebration. These guys are keeping the spirit of our company up and make our lives livelier.

Irina Zelenkova
Design Team Leader
Irina is a brave girl, who joined the company consisting of men only. She was the first girl, who joined Sibers, at that time Key-Soft Ltd., and she became "the daughter of a men squad", as we say in Russia. The company became kinder and more caring with coming of a beautiful lady. Irina started working on the design part of all company’s projects resolving all technical issues related to them. She was the first company’s designer. As time moved on, more projects required graphic design. The company hired other GUI and HTML designers. Experience, skills and limitless amount of energy made it possible for Irina to head this newly formed Design Team. Apart from design, she is keen on other forms of arts in her off-duty hours. Her ceramics were presented at a number of exhibitions and her dances always brighten all our corporate parties.
Hobby: Ceramics, hiking, Celtic and jig dances.

Eugene Odnoval
Design Team Leader
Eugene joined Sibers back in 2006 as a marketing manager assistant. He started with learning the general production process and finding ways of its improvement for both staff and customers. He also focused on optimization of processes in the Design Department. As a result Sibers introduced positions for specialists on page makeup and UI design, and our graphics designers could concentrate on their part of the process. Meanwhile, Eugene made up a number of internal and external sites, learned to manage advertizing campaigns in Google, create site specifications and requirements and draw UIs. Thus, it was a natural decision, though a bit surprising for Eugene, to assign him to the position of Design Team Leader. Now Eugene is actively involved into identifying design part of the development process (including UI, GUI, xTHML), optimizing collaboration between the teams and inside them as well as encouraging personal and professional growth of the team members.
Hobby: Nature, healthy life, photo, playing the guitar and bass guitar, sound recording
