All its members are very serious and busy with their jobs, but still they do have time to inspire the staff and participate themselves in different company’s informal activities.

It was Yuriy who founded Sibers back in 1998 when it was first a Russian Division of an American company IWC, which created Interactive Web Concepts. Later the company became an official contractor of 3COM Corporation, gradually grew and matured and turned to Key-Soft Ltd and later Sibers.

Yuriy is one of the first five developers, who has always inspired the team. He has been leading the company’s minds through all turbulent and peaceful times, including the dot-com crash and further revival of an even stronger and independent player on the market of outsourcing.

Sibers extended the sphere of its interests under Yuriy's watchful supervision, and now counts 100+ employees and over 800 successfully completed projects for small and medium sized businesses all over the world. Yuriy personally visits some of the company's main clients, has close relations with many of them and makes sure the communication and interaction in the business processes are effective. He manages to find time for all the parties – customers, managers, developers, and is a real heart and soul of the team. Even newbies can answer the question, “Who is Mr. Bannov?” He is not just a big boss unavailable for ordinary employees. Instead, he is a regular participant of all the team's endeavors, business and entertainment events.
