Flash Development
Flash Development Team consists of 6 developers. These guys are really dedicated IT men. Their team not only simply develops applications in Flash, but also investigates advanced technologies and introduces best practices from other languages – like Test-Driven Development and pattern programming, something that is invaluable in developing useable and effective applications.

Artem Azovtsev
Flash Team Leader
Artem Azovtsev, our Flash Team Leader, climbed up the career ladder here, in Sibers. He successfully combines practical experience in the field with theoretical aspects and self education. While studying at the university he began teaching web-technologies, passing his experience and knowledge to his trainees. This is what he does here, in Sibers, as well. Some trainees wanting to join our team can first take internship under Artem's supervision. Flash technologies are used in many applications including games, and Artem's first achievement was a business game in Flash while being a student. Now the scale of applications has substantially grown.
