Sibers PHP Development Team consists of 26 people. The Team is large, that's why it has three Team Leaders. It is known in Sibers as Counter Strike fighting brigade. On Fridays these guys shoot away their colleagues and managers in "Counter Strike". Their marksmanship is great, just as solutions they develop.

PHP Team Leader
Valery Makarenko started working in the company when its development team consisted of six people only. So he can be proudly called a Sibers veteran. During his work at the company, he passed all levels of developer's expertise, from Junior Developer to Team Leader. He became PHP Team Leader due to his experience and skills in PHP development. At present, besides organizing development process, he trains Junior Developers in his team to become real guru developers with skills and knowledge enabling them to grow in professional sense. Besides his direct duties, he takes active position in our corporate life. His love of photography made him an irreplaceable company's photographer, who takes pictures of all events happening within Sibers and whose photos you can see in our blog and our corporate photoalbums.
Hobby: Photography, mountains, PHP development, hiking, biking and yachting.

Andrey Evsyukov
PHP Team Leader
The Team Leader of our city PHP team is a young, promising and talented asset, who quickly walked up the career ladder. Andrey came to Sibers at the beginning of 2007 when he was just 19. His initial position of a Junior PHP Developer in a year changed to a Senior Developer thanks to his excellent development skills and creativity. That's why when Sibers opened its new development office in the center of Novosibirsk, Andrey was chosen for the position of PHP Team Leader in the new office. His certain achievement is building up a good team of developers just from scratch. Under his supervision the team keeps the high level of development and improves it by taking part in certifications and thus proving our status at the international level. Andrey has passed an exam in the middle of 2008 and is now a Zend Certified Engineer. Another passion of this young PHP guru is playing guitar – he plays bass in a band named "At the Dark Ocean", melodic death metal.

Vasiliy Sergeev
PHP Team Leader
Vasiliy is a Team Leader of our Academgorodok PHP team, a devoted and talented developer who began working for Key-Soft, broke up for a while to get his Master's degree and then resumed working for Sibers. Vasiliy has been constantly increasing his own level of expertise and after passing an exam has become a Zend Certified Engineer. He also encourages members of his team in their self-education and organized preparation of a whole group of developers to take the exam for Zend Certification. Much of his effort goes into correct development according to the highest standards including testing, code documentation and other important points. Vasiliy has also taken part in developing our corporate standards of coding. It is he who actively supports some of our biggest PHP projects.
Hobby: Basketball, Greco-Roman wrestling, chess, most recent – snowboard. Interested in reading good technical literature, mainly on programming
