Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance team is a very important part of Sibers. Usually its work is related to a lot of stress, since there can be too many different projects lined up for testing in one day and deadlines of these projects can be very close in time. It creates a situation when QA engineers are to stay extra hours to make sure that projects are bug-free at their deadlines. Nevertheless, our specialists withstand these difficulties and show high performance at their work places.
Michail Rusaleev
QA Team Leader
Mikhail came to Sibers in 2004 and became one of the first QA engineers here. He is a good example of our employees who combine working for the company and taking an interest in scientific studies – in his case studying mathematical logic at post graduate level. In 2006 Mikhail became a senior QA engineer due to his experience gained from Sibers projects. Besides testing various projects he also supervises junior QA engineers helping them to improve their skills in software testing. In spring 2007 Mikhail became the QA Team Leader and now strives to apply more standardized testing methods to the work of his QA Team.
