Description
This product is a tool for tracking discount requests. The earth is divided in regions and there are Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Regional Sales Approver (RSA) together with a lot of Sales Managers and Sales Approvers. Also, there are technical engineers who can help Agilent's customers.
The customer decides to buy some research equipment. He posts a request to this system and contacts the Sales Manager. His request is approved by Sales Approver and goes to Regional Managers.
