Description

Ardbeg is a single malt Scotch Whisky. It is one of several working distilleries on the southern coast of the island of Islay.

Sibers made the official site for Ardbeg, created shopping cart for customers so that they can submit an order and then the administrator approves the order and attaches a status.

Features list

  • Address the Chair Administration – users add their comments which are added to the "Address the Chair" area of the Admin Suite
  • Beg and Borrow – users click to add their items for sale including a photograph, which is added to the "Beg or Borrow" area of the Admin Suite
  • Chief Article Administration – users of the web site can put themselves forward to be the "Chief Article" and have their report published on the web site
  • Expressions of Delight – users click to add their comments which are added to the "Expressions of Delight" area of the Admin Suite. All posts are listed on this page in reverse chronological order (Most recent at the top)
  • Important News – Admin can add "Important News" which is pulled into the web site
  • Contact requests – users are able to send an email to Ardbeg via the web site. All emails are logged and listed in the Admin area
  • Distillery News – all of the news posted by the Admin is listed here. The main news item is listed on the left side of the page. The other news items are listed on the right (Only the subject headings). A click on these links pulls the news item into the left side of the page
  • The old Kin shop – this page lists the categories of the shop and allows the Administrator to edit the contents of the categories
  • Edit Users – this sections is connected directly with the online database
  • Reports – the reports contain the information from the web site that has been logged by the database (sales by users, sales by shop products, users logins, registered users). This information needs to be recorded according to the activity from the web site and added to the database
  • Events – events details and dates that are added to the Admin area are listed here
