Description
Sibers created an online billing/CRM system that unites different Internet Service Providers (ISP) to improve their services. The system helps to automate and simplify payments and customer service.
The system's control panel and front-end functions ensure the effectiveness of the entire sophisticated multi-role structure.
There are 7 main roles in the system: Super-Administrator, ISP, The owner of the ISP, Reseller, ISP/Reseller Administrator, Customer service and Engineer, and a Customer. Each role has its own area of responsibilities and access rights.
Features list
- Google Maps was integrated to visualize the Wi-Fi coverage area and custom pins identify locations of users, ISP, wireless clouds and access points
- Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) is used to monitor traffic and communication channel bandwidth
- Web interface for controlling hardware devices was created using Freifunk (LuCi)
- OpenWRT is used for building a custom Linux distributive
