Description

Sibers developed the back-office system for Miloco, a leading Europe's largest independent recording studio group. With fifteen recording facilities across Europe and great range of recording projects, Miloco faced the challenge of managing all of its jobs, clients and equipment.

With the secure web-based intranet system, Miloco can run a large number of recording studios with a very small management team. The system covers everything from a central contacts database, a fault reporting system, tape library, equipment database, a messaging system and task manager and even more minor functions such as tracking sets of keys for studios and booking cabs.

The system has also speeded the process up for bookings, keeping track of sessions right through to the billing stage. Currently we are building a fully automated bookings system to speed up and simplify the whole process. This will allow clients to confirm their sessions through a web based system, store all their confirmations for future reference and allow Miloco to track all enquiries easily.
