Description

A program for a company dealing occupied with selling real estate. This program enables customers to see their future houses in 3D and also allows them to have an all-round panorama of their property to be.

The main idea of the project was to develop a 360° pano viewer for Flash 7.

This program is a 360° image viewer for Flash 8 enabling to conduct virtual tours. This is a great opportunity for regular users, who want to show their favorite nature sites, for example, to their friends, and for the large business to conduct any types of business presentations. The program can integrate images with hotspots, and create a virtual walkthrough effect. Hotspots are links to other images. Images, used by our solution, are specially rendered 2D pictures for their further transforming into 3D images. This is the first software in the area of visualization, which creates fully featured virtual tours for viewing in Flash.

Developing this project we obtained great experience working with 3D in Macromedia Flash technology – the technology that does not have its own 3D engine. Image quality and player performance were very important features.
