Golf Launch Calculator
Description
This is a new software/hardware package for testing golf-clubs.
Usually it is done in the following way – when people strike a ball they have to measure the ball's flight angle and the speed of flight at the moment of strike (initial velocity). So this is what our software does. And, unlike other off-the-shelf packages available, it is not that expensive.
Our client had a bright solution idea based on usual web-cameras but not expensive equipment in order to measure the ball's flight angle. That was really challenging, but in 3 months of hard work, Launch It started sales.
Features list
- Launch It will measure the trajectory of shots hit with all clubs and calculate the theoretical spin rate. Great for fitting your customers into the correct driver loft and shaft
- Launch It will record and save as many hits as you choose. This way you can have your customer hit a baal with a number of different clubs and review the results at the same time
- The high speed Launch It camera can also be used to film swings for lessons. Use it with your favorite instructional software
