Description

Professional eAccess Network is a small business automation project developed by our company. It provides data for pre-employment background checks, tenant screening, and firms of all type who require data for legal research.

A web system for Internet based consumer reporting agency providing services to business, government, and professional organizations for permissible purposes only. These include pre-employment and tenant screening services, legal research, skip-tracing information, business research, etc. All information orders are placed on-line and results are returned via email.

Earlier:
Once upon a time there was a company which provided information for employers who wanted to check whether their future employees were judged or not. The request/response procedure was as follows:
  • Employers sent requests by fax
  • Members of the company received faxes and sent them to retrievers also by fax
  • Retrievers got the faxes and went to the court to get the necessary information
  • Retrievers sent information about employees by fax to the company
  • Company members sent data to employers by fax

As you can see this procedure demanded tons of hand work and it goes with out saying, that it was extremely time consuming. And it is not to mention a complete mess connected with faxes, which became confused, some were lost, etc. Another problem affected invoices: one had to count manually how many requests were sent, how many times retrievers went to courts, etc.; then they had to count how much to pay to them: When it became a hot point, the owner of the company decided to automatize the whole system.


Now:
The system is completely automatized. All requests are posted on the site, and every client has his/her own account on it. Retrievers are attached to the particular counties.
  • Employer automatically send a request to the system
  • The system chooses a necessary retriever, busy in the particular county
  • Retriever gets a special notification by e-mail, goes on site, gets the request, visits a court and sends the information back to the site
  • The system sends notification to the employer
  • Employer receives the desired information

The problem with invoices is not a problem now - all accounting is automatized! The business is on the pick, that is why administrator even decided to make discounts and personal prices for clienteles.

The owner of the company says: "The people at Key-Soft (Sibers) have done a great job for us. They took a manually operated business and completely automated it." Now he doesn't need to spend the time on facing the challenges, he can spend this time on his favorite thing – golf!
