Survey Manager: Risk Probe transforms the risk model into a Web-based survey that can be distributed to many survey participants and stakeholders implementation staff, end users, corporate management, and others. The application collects responses and parses them into a database that typically provides several thousand separate data points that measure perceived risk, importance, consensus, and other qualitative variables.
Analytic Tools: Built-in statistical tools enable our in-house consultants to quickly focus on areas of greatest vulnerability, and – just as important – to exclude issues that are unlikely to need further attention. In addition, Risk Probe's analytics help our consultants spot less-obvious trends and relationships in the raw data.
Presentation and Reporting Tools: Based on an analysis of project metrics, our analysts create a workshop for participants to explore specific "hotspot" concerns and reach a consensus about how to manage these issues as theimplementation proceeds. Risk Probe helps our consultant create presentation materials and produce a follow-on document that contains detailed analysis of all the factors that we've explored.
