Problem
There was a company that provided information for employers who wanted to check whether their future employees were judged or not. The request/response procedure demanded tons of hand work and was extremely time consuming. And it is not to mention a complete mess connected with faxes, that became confused, some were lost, etc. Another problem affected invoices: one had to count manually how many requests were sent, how many times retrievers went to courts, etc.

Our solution.
We have completely automated this process! Now all requests are posted to the site, and every client has his/her own account on it.
- Employer automatically sends a request to the system
- The system chooses a necessary retriever, busy in the particular county
- Retriever gets a special notification by e-mail, goes to the site, gets the request, visits a court and sends the information back to the site
- The system sends notification to the employer
- Employer receives the desired information
The problem with invoices is solved – all accounting is also automated. The business is on its pick that is why our customer even decided to make discounts and personal prices for clienteles.
